Breach of contract or loan agreement

Hi, firstly I wish to appreciate the prompt response I got from you regarding my loan repayments. The office called to let me know that they would no longer debit and they will sort out the money due to me. Unfortunately I must say that I am not happy with how Capitec would want to close the issue with such lack of transparency. On the 22nd May they deposited the money into my account of which I don't understand how they arrived at the figure. I paid the for five months outside of the contract and they charged me interest of those months I would love the to reconsider that and do the honest thing.
