Brandon Joseph of Capitec is a ****!
I have a complaint that has been running from 4 Jan 2021. Since then i have been asking for the CEO to contact me and i have been refused this priviledge because he is too important. The last person i spoke with a week ago was Brandon Joseph a manager who was supposed to come back to me with a solution a week later he has said absolutely NOTHING. I will keep on complaining until the CEO of Capitec Bank makes contact with me and resolves my complaint.
