Branch Manager at Capitec at Carnival mall

I was in Capitec Bank at Carnival Mall. I had a large amount of money to withdraw. I was assisted by a person called Tumelo (the branch manager). He insisted that I draw the money outside by the ATM even though it was a large amount of money. I glanced him on the arm while politely asking him to assist me inside the bank. He immediately took the situation out of control and shouted at me that I needed to stop touching him. He went as far as forcing me to apologize and when I did, he said it's not good enough I need to apologise better. At that stage, I felt like he was making a fool out of me and victimizing me as a woman by trying to demand an apology in a specific way that he felt was efficient. He misused his position as branch manager to try to treat me badly. I am a 65-year-old woman, and I did nothing to him to treat me in such a way.
