Bought data using Capitec Banking App, yet NO DATA RECEIVED

On Monday 22nd April 2019 I bought MTN data using the Capitec banking app, as I have done successfully on a number of occasions. This time, however, the money was deducted from my account immediately, but I did not receive the data. I visited the branch on Tuesday 23rd where they helped me lodge complaint # ********** 8, explaining that it will be escalated to a Support Specialist who will get back to me. Again on Wednesday 24th April I visited the branch, with no response. On Friday 26th April in the afternoon I phoned Client Care as I had had no feedback, and was informed that according to the Specialist the transaction had been passed on to MTN, and I should escalate an enquiry with them. I did this, and after efficient service was informed that MTN had not received either the money or a request for data to my cellphone number. On Monday 29th April I went back to the local branch, where the manager directed an email setting out all the detail to the IT Support Manager. So, ten days after the money went out of my account, three visits to the local Capital branch who tried to assist me, at least three phone calls to Client Care, taking the matter up with MTN, and STILL NO RESPONSE FROM CAPITEC CLIENT SERVICE, except to claim that the problem is not with them. Yet I did a transaction on the CAPITEC BANKING APP for MTN Data which I have not received. Neither has the money been reversed. I WAS SUBSEQUENTLY ADVISED TO COMPLAIN VIA HELLOPETER AS THAT WAS THE ONLY WAY TO SOLICIT A RESPONSE FROM CAPITEC. I am waiting.......

I see that this is a recurring problem , clients not receiving data when using the banking App to make the purchase. It seems that there is an inherent programming flaw in the software in that that Capitec is not able to confirm whenther, or if, the transaction has been completed. Furthermore, sending the client on the mission to try find out where the problem is just go against all principles of service delivery. Today, eleven days after first alerting Capitec of the problem, I had my first contact from Capitec. What does THAT say about Capitec Client Service ethic?
