BLOCKING MY PLANS

All i want is for capitec to remove me from their system i am no longer owing them and i am still waiting for the letter to confirm that i dont owe them , everytime when i apply for something it blocks me because is till have R2500 TO PAY THEM EVERY MONTH .<br> <br> Why is it so difficult for them to clear my details from ITC , i dont owe capitec , you are messing up my plans , everything of mine has to stand still while waiting for them to clear my name ?????
