Blocking account without my knowledge
Can't believe they blocked my account again without my knowledge after saving.my hard earned money for december then they blocked my account. Now i cannot even access my account and enjoy.my.hard earned money with my family Such useless bank i cannot even recommend it to.someone to use it after i spent more than.10 years banking with.them.this is the reward i get from them ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ŸðŸ˜
Your so.hurtless you must be a shamed of yourself i want my.money back.

27 Dec 2023, 10:59I am so disappointed in capitec bank after i went ro the bank and requested a bank statement for my account to be unblocked they havent still unblocked it
And their reason for blocking my acvount i still cant understand them
I am very disappointed in capitec and i think this is my last month banking with this bank
Very poor service and weak
