Blocked saving account
I've had a bad experience with capitec bank. They blocked my savings account and i can't have access to it. I've been trying to get it unblocked for 2 years but i never got any response. I've visited the bank several times about the issue but never got assisted. I would never recommend this bank to anyone as they have failed to assist me.
