Blocked Personal Card Capitec Bank - Nobesutu Dziba

I am Nobesutu Dziba, who wishes to seek assistance with regards to my banking institution Capitec Bank who has blocked my bank card since May 2023.

As a business owner who sources goods in Turkey and other countries that I purchase from, this has negatively affected my business and clients.

I have raised this issue on numerous occasions at the Gugulethu branch in Cape Town. They have informed me that they are investigating ***** and provided me with an investigation number or incident number ***.

I am hesitant to provide my account number amd or ID number for security reasons. Kindly attend to this problem as it is causing an inconvenience in my life.
