Blocked my account by Capitec

Capitec Blocked my account because i received EFT money from another capitec clients an amount of R800 due to that Capitec client have received ***** money from another capitec client. i was requested to write affidavit to provide more infornation on why did he transfer me this money. i did write that affidavit and the person that sent me money did write that affidavit to explain why did he sent me that R800. this R800 was for car damages that occurs on my car on 13 june 2021. this capitec cleints is the owner of Bill car panal beaters so he said he do receive money from different people. But i also took him to Capoitec branch Southwaymall for Questioning me and him on the reason why that he sent me that money and he did explain but still capitec did not want to reopn my account. i can not even able to go to work due to money that is blocked and i can not buy food also. i feel like capitec is not doing enough to resolve this issue. i have complain to capitec complains department but still no respond on this issue. the refference number for complians department is ***9. this issue was also reported to capitec office which the refference number is ***0. i will like to get an assiustance on this matter. my contact number *** and my email address is ***.
