Blocked my account

Capitec bank is a joke. My friend received a payment from a life cover policy that paid out into his capitec account. He went into the branch to do a transfer to me for money that he owed me. Capitec allowed him to do the transfer in branch but then the ***** department went and blocked his account and mine. I have been struggling since wednesday to get the block removed from my account. We have provide them with every document that they asked for but still they have not removed the hold on the accounts. This is really a joke man. We are unable to access funds for 4 days now.
