Blocked Card can't access my money

I urgently need assistance with the card being blocked for reasons I don't know of... I made a withdrawal from an online mining business under Henry Mining where I received my profits and were deposited into my savings account on the 7th of June 2024. The following day on the 8th when I went to withdraw the money from my savings account I discovered that my savings account is now blocked. I enquired about this from the consultants who then told me they require a proof of payment which I don't have because it's a deposit into my savings account. Please help clear this matter because it doesn't make sense why I can't access my money from my own account
