Blocked Capitec Bank account

My account has been blocked for a weak now no notice , no nothing this is painful my funds have been placed on hold which means I'm not going to get my son's grant if I don't receive any help as soon as possible this is disgusting Capitec fix your things before you lose customers to.others Bank you are working with people in some strange way this is unacceptable shem I wish I knew about this I could have chosen other banks because i don't have access to my funds I don't even know what is the reason can you kindly Assist me as soon as possible this is painful my account number is ***
