Blocked capitec account without a valid reason

My account is blocked and I don't know why because capitec did not even call me and when I go to the branch they say someone send me money and that account of someone committed ***** so i really don't understand what does that have to do with my account.please help me get my account back because I really need it and at the branch they are not helping
