Blocked Capitec Account please Help me Open it
I'm writing because of my Capitec Account that has been blocked they said it's because of ***** and I didn't do *****. I was a business woman who used to Sell Vouchers to people using Qwili app. And when you receive money as a business person you don't know where the money is coming From and I used to sell Hair Wigs to people too now my account is blocked I can't access my Main Account ***.this breaks my heart too because I want to join capitec insurance I can't because my account is Gone. Please Help me open it

30 May 2026, 15:18I'm writing again because capitec is not Helping Me with My complaint. I don't know if it's my Fault that as a business person someone sent me money and Report My account. Now I can't contact the person and capitec is not helping Me, I used to sell Brazilian Wigs to people and Deliver on time then someone decided to Reverse their money after getting their goods so they can **** me now I am Suffering and Capitec is not Helping me at all Since 2024
