Blocked capitec account

Back in 2018 i was selling shoes. One of the ladies who bought was staying outside my province so i had to courier them via pep, to her knowledge all couriers are supposed to deliver in 2days but unfortunately pep take 3-5days minimum so when 2 days passed she went to the bank thinking shes ****med. They blocked my account, she received the shoes 5days later i called the bank they said she must call them. Then she went to the branch they said they can't unfreeze my account and gave her stories. I still call the bank with no assistance instead they drop my calls after explaining what my call is about. Please assist me
