Blocked Capitec Account

I came on hello Peter to write a review about Capitec blocking my account a month ago, okay they called and told me the things I should do, I submitted the documents they asked me to submit at the branch. When I ask about my case they say things that are not even related to the case, I gave them my incident number still the same thing.
