Blocked bank account

Capitec bank closed my account November 2024. I went to the branch to report the incident as soon as I couldn’t have access to my account. They told me some people reported my account due to amounts that I had received. I called the care centre and they said they’re investigating what’s happening with my account. I had a very bad Christmas because of Capitec. I couldn’t do things for my siblings and kids because of Capitec. I submitted all the documents that they asked me to submit but I still don’t have access to my account even now. I’d like this to be resolved as there’s funds that I’ve worked for and that has nothing to do with whatever case that leaded to my account being blocked. I have a business that I’m running and I need my account back.
