Blocked Bank Account

Good day my account was blocked since 2023 until now , and I was told to submit an affidavit of which I did but until today it's still blocked, I'm really disappointed with Capitec Bank for always not updating their customers on way forwards regarding a certain issue, please unblock my bank I'm fed up now it's been years since I sent an affidavit and you never gave me any feedback. I don't recommend this Bank to anyone, it's a very terrible bank with bad service.
