Blocked and removed account

Last time i wrote a review here and they claimed to assist me with my query but nothing changed. I was blocked and my account was removed from my banking app reason was that they suspected *****ulent activity on my accoun, but now the ***** department cleared me and said i could use my account but capitec refused to open it why because i was cleared i find this very cruel hey bring back my account.
