Blocked accounts
My account has been blocked from 22 October 2024 . I enquired many times getting no help what's more frustrating is that other accounts from external banks are also blocked i don't know what to say to their holders since i also dont know whats happening. When i track my status it says my problem is solved but my account & other accounts from external banks are still not working because capitec reported them
