(Blocked account) Unable to open my own account

Thobela Leina Laka ke karabo papola. I need help finding my once off customer (maki makhafula, contacts ***)who bought voucher and blocked my account ( capitec bank) the following day. Accusing me for *****, this happened on the 10 November 2021 since I was unable to use my account and it is the only account that i have,I receive my son's grand, piece jobs money, and am also using it to sell voucher online using flash machine.i tried going to capitec bank countless times but they told me to write an affidavit and provide them with proof that I dd send her voucher, i dd but today they told me that the only way they can open my account ke gore a ngwale affidavit ya gore she received her voucher.am unable to contact her because she blocked me on whtsapp and calls i tried using different phones with no luck.please help me find her.I thought maybe my account well be opened before Xmas so tht I can buy clothes for my son,so am unable to buy pampers and food for him because am unemployment, no longer selling vouchers and spending money i dont have traveling trying to fix my account.i eve tried police station but they said i wont be able to open a case because I have a case ko capitec.
