Blocked account that you said can never be unblocked

I will never ever recommend capitec in my whole life how can you block a account for something that I don't know about n you said you can never ever unblocked it. You are so cruel shem now I didn't receive my son's grant because of your bad service what kind of rules is that you didn't even give me a chance to give my opinion you just blocked n and u are saying you are not opening it again what kind of thing is that ... you blocked my account for no reason after you are saying my account can never be unblocked how ?? This is so sad shem I will never recommend people to capitec your service is so bad shem u don't know how to keep customers happy
