Blocked account for no valid reasons

I lost my phone at the beginning of the year and as a result some of my information including capitec banking app were compromised,to my suprise capitec decided to block my account without notification or asking me any questions,my child is not feeling well and a result i cant transact since the account has been blocked

I have not yet received any communication from capitec since yout comment,this comment was just to neutralise me and manage public image

I had to keep on calling capitec and i was today advised by your consultant that my account will never be reopened and that i will lose all my money in the account
