Blocked account

My savings account is blocked because of my small business i just started a month ago. I do multiple transactions since i sell Iphones as a student to make a living since i don't have nsfas. Capitec blocked my account now i can't continue with my business to continue to make a living. The worse part is that it's blocked with A customers money that was deposited to make an Iphone order. This is not good for the reputation of my small business I'll lose my customers. I'm thinking of changing capitec.
