Blocked account

I have never seen such a useless bank as capitec they should just close their doors because their service is just wee and it is just unprofessional,

I cannot pay my accounts or even buy groceries as they blocked my account because am owing other RETAIL Store who do they think they are? Is capitec a retail store now or is it a bank that is supposed to look at the benefit of the client.

Am going to close that account and move to a more professional bank than Capitec, worst of all they didn't even notify me of this account going to be blocked.
