Hi. I'm tired of capitec it has been 5 months now they blocked my account due to ***** that i wasn't aware about it since I lost my banking card and my ID . I don't have an ID now my life is stucked because of capitec I'm receiving my SRD R350 GRANT with an account now I'm not recieving anything i want to go to home affairs I don't have money for applying for a new Identify. I don't have a copy of an ID I really don't know what's going to happen with my life. Please help me out
