Blocked account

My account was blocked because I received 500 from someone who was owing me the money. When I called they saying money had ********** activity of which I had no idea of. I don’t understand why didn’t they take the 500 back where it came from and let my account be because there’s money in my account and I received money from nsfas on Monday I wanna pay rent and buy food but my account is blocked and I went to the brunch they taking me up and down with writing affidavits. So I please if you guys are failing to open my account please send the money that is in my account to my tymbank account ***) and keep the 500 because I really want to use the money ASAP.
