My savings account has just disappeared from my bank account and I don't even know why can capitec pls unblock my account.

I've contacted the customer support just now and I was told that I have to wait for 5 days for the account im using and done nothing wrong with only the jealous person reported my account because they didn't want to pay my stockvel money 😢😢😢 now I'm stucked for days.
