Blocked account

I love capitec bank but last year they closed my account . I didn't get email from them when I went to update my detail then they told me they closed my account since the was amount they want me to verify where it came from it was not even a lot of money its was under R150 . I couldn't verify it since those people refuse to give me their proof of payment .
