Blocked account

Good day.

Capitec bank blocked my account without a proper investigation,its been 2 months full now wen i do follow ups they tell me to submit affidavit of which i did again now they are saying my affidavit its not fully im tired of ups & down doing follow ups with no help.capitec has violated my righta,it is the poorest bank ever..i cannot continue with capitec like this,hello peter kindly help me to resolve my issue with capitec i dnt have access to my finance..i need my money capitec blockes my account without informing....last month they aplogised they told me they will open my account in 7 days it was not suppose to be closed till today my account its still blocked
