Blocked Account

Greetings,Capitec did me bad and for the second Time,some guy owed me money so he said i will receive money(his uncle will sent it)when i receive the money,i can't access my account.I don't even know why because it's my money although i think the guy was bitter because i sent my uncle to threaten him to give me my money so he went to capitec so they paused my account.Capitec you always disappoint.
