Blocked Account

My Capitec account still not opened and no communication from Capitec

Capitec didn't fulfill their promise. No person called me and I still without food bcs of the closed account. No access to your money.

It's so sad because my Capitec account was stopped wile I did not commit any crime and I was told to submit affidavit which I did on the 27 July but since then no sms no call when I call them I was told that they can't open my account. I wrote to hello Peter they promised to call me on their reply on the 29 July but still till now no call or message my account still closed, I have to pay school transport for my child no food is month end I don't have access to my money this is my third follow up message but no help

As a loyal customer of Capitec I feel like I'm victimized by the company, why do I have to struggle like this even worse part they don't even communicate with me

My life really stucked without my account the worst part I did nothing wrong that is against rules of Capitec n no one is contacting me or replying to my messages

I wonder why Capitec is treating their customers like this my child can not go to school because I can't able to pay her school transport since my account still blocked

Capitec please communicate with me the person you assigned to contact me never contacted me and my account still blocked with no feedback as I write this follow up my child did not go to school because I did not pay her transport, my life is beeing affected now because I can't access my money

Only if Capitec should tell me what next to do it going to be better so that I can get my account back, I can't even do my businesses and my stockvels my life just stucked as Capitec loyal clients I feel like I'm victimized
