Blocked account

I lodged a complaint on the 23rd of August.Capitec promised to come back to me within 5days but now they are dead silent. They froze my account after receipt of funds without prior notifying me. I had to find out that my account was frozen when I went to a garage and poured petrol and I got into trouble as I could not pay. How ruthless of capitec is that? Capitec did not close their own account that I had received funds in but they emailed standard bank to freeze my account after transferring my money there coz I needed to reduce the debt. Now I'm stuck in debt, I even owe capitec 250k loan, my varsity fees... Jus to name a few. Please help
