Blocked account
I met someone online and he offered me a job ,he said i will be receiving money into my bank they i should send it to the account he will give me, i was working using my daughter's account and now its blocked saying it was reported for ***** I tried contacting the person i was working for but he blocked me when i told him the capitec was blocked I request capitec to open mt daughter's account as i didnt know that i was participating to ***** and i will never participating in such activities again I urge capitec bank to please reconsider opening it as i use it to save money

10 Apr 2026, 09:36Why cant capitec remove the stop on my daughter's account when i have already write an affidavit, i wasnt aware that the person who was depositing the funds in the account was ****ming people, everything seemed legit as other payments where deposited at Atms, how was i supposed to know it was a ****
If its possible i would like them to give me contact details of the people who reported the account then i will pay them their money if thats what i have to do to get the stop removed from my daughter's account
I believe every client has their rights and everyone must be heard
