Its been 2 months already and still no feedback. After sending emails with no response and empty promises. To think that we were promised that loadshedding will be a thing of the past but your service surpasses the disappointment that I have in the service you give. After being a customer for so many years this is beyond disappointing. Email me your excuses why this matter is not resolved
