Hello, i want to complain about an account of Babalwa Dlamini her account number is ***, after she receiving an amount of R5000 from stokfel member her account was blocked without any Capitec consultation

17 Nov 2022, 20:12After you block an account of Babalwa you sent an email to Tyme Bank ask them to freezer an account, and the Capitec account is now opened unfortunately tyme bank waiting for you to sent an email to tell them to unfreeze the account, we tried to call them they said they can't open an account without your permission
