Blocked account

Hello Peter I'm a business woman I was using capitec savings account. I've been going up and down with no help capitec blocked my account, when ask at the branch who blocked my account I was told to go look for the person. How am I going to know the person who blocked my account while they refused to give me their details its been months without help
