Blocked account

My capitec account is being blocked I don't even have a clue , I didn't even get a notice that's very painful shem ..I can't have access to my money or do anything with my card what kind of capitec bank is .I don't understand it is this they way to work with people to make them suffer with their money the money that they have worked hard for this is disappointing to us client or customers of capitec bank .. I wish to get help as soon as possible because I need to have access to my money that I have worked hard for my capitec account number is *** . THANK YOU
