Blocked account

I have been receiving stokvel money from my bank account and now my account is blocked I can't access money and with that I can not pay people their money. Number 2 this money is coming from people who borrow money from stokvel now to my associates it will look like I'm running with this money. I don't know why capitec is doing this because I have been nothing but loyal to them
