Blocked account
Dear hellopeter Please help me with my capitec account that was blocked I forgot which year. The issue was becouse someone reported my account becouse of delaying payment from my side. I did pay that person with cash and we came good. My account was still working and I went to deposit amount of 2500 from my account. When I get home i reliese that my account was blocked. I went to The branch I did not get help since today. Capitec just blocked my account without contracting me with my funds as a client. I still need my account and my funds. I will be very glad if this issue can be reviewed.

I never find any missed call I emailed them back by not respond since they said if I don't reply or get back to them my case will be closed.i need the number becouse those number on the email doesn't take me direct or they can whatup me or give me the number or we can communicate via emial. Idon't want this case to be closed without getting help. My case number is ***6.
