Blocked account

I have been going up and down with capitec needing then to resolve the issue of blocked account they said I should write an affidavit to state the transaction I know about which I did and after sending the affidavit my account was put on permanent stop .They say they suspect ***** of payshap payments but I explained well in the affidavit that I don't know anything about those payments
