Blocked account

I am writing this furious one of my colleagues sent me money and after that I noticed that my son's account is blocked I quickly visited a branch and I was asked what i am using account for i told them that church people and some of my stockvels i join pays on this account I was advised to send affidavit and proof of payment from all this people that sent money on the account unfortunately I don't normally ask for payment proof because non of this i expected so I submitted my other bank statement because sometimes I send money to my banks I also sent an affidavit telling the whole story still the account is not working
