Blocked account

Capitec Business Bank. I am trying for the last 3 months to change my OTP from SMS to E-Mail without any success. Now you also decided to Block my account. Now I wouldn't be able to see when you are stop ignoring me and actually fix the problem. What do you want from me before you will deliver a basic service? REF numbers ***8 and ***4 still not resolved.
