Blocked account

Around Sept 2021 I noticed that my Capitec Bank account *** has been blocked then I went to the branch to check indeed they told me it was blocked due to the were withdrawals in international country ( China ) then I explained to consultant that I used to travel to that country and buys clothes to sell and now I buy furniture for my home. They asked me to bring my passport and supporting documents I gave them they made copies and 1 of my card is in China because I'm still doing business of selling clothes , since last year 2020 I couldn't travel due to Corona pandemic since then I'm doing my business via online. I send money on my card then place order while I'm here in South Africa then those Chinese send me cargo of what I ordered. Now yesterday 23rd October 2021 I noticed my card it's blocked again while it was unlocked on September I don't understand how since I've produced all documents to Capitec. I'm a long time client with Capitec more than 10 yrs but I'm no longer happy with service that they are giving me I can't be treated like a ******** with my own money .Last I gave them my account number *** to do any investigation if they suspect anything but the was nothing I used this card also when I was traveling, worse Capitec doesn't have business account I was gonna open one with them due to they are less on international withdrawals I left FNB I was a private banker having a black card I never had such problem with them
