Blocked account

My account was blocked it's been a months now, I send them email few weeks ago they said I must send affidavit and ID copy then I did send those documents and I even remind them to open it but still it's blocked, my lawyers will be taking further for this case cause it's been a long am asking them to unlocked it😥
