Blocked acc

And den yesterday juz wen i tried making payment to sm1 m doing stokvel with...my acc got blocked...capitec y cant u atleast phone us to let us that u r going to block the acc...i understand its fr security reasons and the money laundering issues that u trying to prevent but its worse if u do this to innocent ppl trying to live...m so disappointed in them...now m stuck with no access to my funds..no food no taxi fair...like hw do i solve this.
