Blocked!

Tried applying for a credit card. How can I be a blocked client if I'm not even a client of Capitec? Now two days later when this blocked thing has been sorted now you tell me that I do not qualify for a credit card. No where listed, no judgements, no whatever's anywhere and you tell me that i do not qualify for a card. What a joke. I cannot believe that it took Capitec two days to come up with this excuse. Maybe you should first make sure of all the facts before you just judge a client like that. Now the R20000.00 fixed deposit won't happen, Now the new home loan won't happen, well at least not for Capitec. I've been trying for over 6 years to open an account with Capitec. Now I'm done. I walked across the road to another bank and was helped and sorted within 30 minutes. The funny thing is that I could have done their application online if I wanted to. They got my Fixed deposit now and will probably get the home loan as well. Nice going Capitec
