Block payments..

I have tried for 2 days to pay my Microsoft account. Today I phoned and the consultant said that Capitec blocked Microsoft from any payments. how must I do my work... Nobody informs us. I am running an NPO; without my office, it is impossible to do anything. this is the worst bank ever. How must I find any donations? how do I write a thank you letter...;. really. this is been going off for more than a year now... I did not give you any permission to block anything on my account. the people who got issues to block their accounts..
