block on my acc unfairly

Unfairly blocked my capitec account,***** and forensic department refuse to help me,even though i submitted all the proof,AFFIDAVITS to a branch to send through to the administration ***** department.<br> CAPITEC BLOCKS MY ACCOUNT FOR BEING A LEGITIMATE AND HONEST PERSON<br> THAT HAS SUBMMITTED ALL THE PROOFS AND AFFIDAVIT TO A CAPITEC BRANCH,FOR A TRANSACTION DONE BETWEEN ANOTHER CLIENT OF CAPITEC BANK WHICH IS TRYING TO DO ********** TRANACTIONS.<br> A client Mr Nkululeko Makebevu id no-*** came into my dealership on the 24/02/2106 to trade in a vehicle and purchase another,the outstanding which he needed to give,for me to release another vehicle to him was an amount of R28000-(twenty eight thousand rands).the agreement between MR NKULULEKA MAKEBEVU ID NO-? AND MYSELF MA OMAR ID NO ? WAS THAT HE TRANSFERS R15300 (FIFTEEN THOUSANDS THREE HUNDRED RANDS)TO MY CAPITEC ACCOUNT AND R12700-(TWELVE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED RANDS)IN CASH.I THAN RELEASED MY VEHICLE TO MR NKULULEKA MAKEBEVU ID NO-*** AS HE GAVE ME THE PROOF OF PAYMENT,I SUBMITTED ALL PROOF AND AFFIDAVITS TO A CAPITEC BRACH,STILL SHARLENE IN CHARGE WILL NOT UNBLOCK MY ACC.SHARLENE *********** TO BE IN ***** DEPARTMENT
