BLOCK ACCOUNT AND CASE CLOSED WITHOUT GETTING HELP

I'm writing regarding my capitec account which was block because of the funds I received from betway and buying hug amount of voucher on vodpay .

They requested me to submit an affidavit and ID copy I did on 12/07/2025. Then on the 14/07/2025 they requested another affidavit and betway transaction summary I did submit It when I do follow up today they told me the case is already closed on the 14/07/2025 the but I have sent all the proof they needed and they haven't given me any feedback after that.
